I've never cooked shrimp before, let alone
de-veined it (gross). Cilantro used to be far from my list of likes, but pregnancy must have changed that because I really like it now. And lime...mmmmmmmmm. So, with a little extra time on my hands and a great recipe, I decided to try making a shrimp dish. It wasn't hard at all, just a little time consuming. I actually really enjoyed it and working with all the fresh ingredients to make the sauce from scratch. The kitchen smelled so good. Next time I'm doubling the recipe, we didn't have any leftovers.
